The Vertical Press is a fine possibility for working out your chest and arms muscles. As part of the XR line, the machine has an outstanding modern design, colour accents on upholstery, gas springs, which make seat adjustment much easier, and is covered with powder coating by electrostatic spraying.

The upholstery of the equipment is made with high-quality polyurethane leather. Two-layer foam rubber provides shrink- and deformation-resistance of a seat for its long-term service.

Among muscles you can improve thanks to XR127 are the following: the sternal head of the pectoralis major, the clavicular pectoralis major, the anterior deltoid. The biceps and the triceps are involved in the training process too.

To do the exercise sit comfortably and take grips. Next, push them up with your hands and slowly return, keeping tension in muscles.
