This machine is a unique universal sports tool for four people working out simultaneously. The XR104 combines a Low Row machine, a Lat Pull Down, a triceps station, and a Cross Over Cable Machine. All this sports equipment helps you to improve almost all the muscles of your body.
As part of the XR line, the machine has a stylish design, colour accents on upholstery, and gas springs in the seat adjustment. The upholstery of the XR104 is made of high-quality PU leather. Two-layer foam rubber provides shrink- and deformation-resistance of a seat and makes it anatomically perfect for sitting. The equipment is covered with powder coating by electrostatic spraying.
This sports equipment lets you work out a big number of your muscles, among them latissimus dorsi, trapezius, deltoids, rhomboids, teres major muscle, spinal erectors, biceps, triceps, forearm, chest, and abdominal muscles. Also, you can improve leg muscles here such as the rectus and adductor thigh magnus, biceps femoris, and glutes.
Due to the 4-position station, you can perform the following exercises:
The upper row blocks let you do a crossover, flyes, arms stretching, lat pulldown, twisting.
The lower blocks let you lead the legs back, to the side, do cross-legging, etc.
The grips of the block rack part give you the possibility to do pull-ups and leg pull-ups.
To do an exercise on a Low Row machine correctly and safely you should sit on a bench, put the legs on the footrest, hold your back straight and press your chest tightly to the rest. Don’t let go of the weight completely to keep your muscles constantly tense, while you’re working out.
To do the exercise on a Lat Pull Down you should sit on a bench, place your knees under the roller, and hold your back straight. While you pull down the grips in front of you to your upper chest, make sure that your shoulder blades are together, and arms are bent. Do it slowly and in a controlled manner.
And for performing on a triceps machine, stand comfortably, press your back tightly to the rest, and place the legs behind the roller. After that, take grips, and pull them until you reach a 90-angle in your elbows. Then return slowly, preserving tension in the triceps.
