8-position station Inter Atletika XR104.4

The equipment is made for eight people that can work out at the same time on this machine. The XR104.4 combines pairs of Low Row machines, Lat Pull Downs, triceps stations, and Cross Over Cable Machines. The equipment is intended for improving all primary muscle groups and a big number of secondary ones.

The equipment belongs to the XR line. It means that the machine has a stylish design, due to 50x100 mm bent at different angles, tubes, colour accents on upholstery, and gas springs in the seat adjustment.

Also, the XR104.4 has a very comfortable seat, which is made with a PU leather covering. A two-layer foam rubber makes it resistant to shrinkage and deformation. Thanks to a powder coating by electrostatic spraying, the training machine preserves its outstanding appearance for years.

The sports equipment lets you work out a big number of your muscles, among them latissimus dorsi, trapezius, deltoids, rhomboids, teres major muscle, spinal erectors, biceps, triceps, forearm, chest, and abdominal muscles. Also, you can improve leg muscles here such as the rectus and adductor thigh magnus, biceps femoris, and glutes.

Thanks to the 8-position station, you can perform the following exercises:

The upper row blocks let you do a crossover, flyes, arms stretching, lat pulldown, twisting.

The lower blocks let you lead the legs back, to the side, do cross-legging, etc.

The grips of the block rack part give you the possibility to do pull-ups and leg pull-ups.

To do an exercise on a Low Row machine correctly and safely you should sit on a bench, put the legs on the footrest, hold your back straight and press your chest tightly to the rest. Don’t let go of the weight completely to keep your muscles constantly tense, while you’re working out.

To do exercise on a Lat Pull Down you should sit on a bench, place your knees under the roller, and hold your back straight. While you pull down the grips in front of you to your upper chest, make sure that your shoulder blades are together, and arms are bent. Do it slowly and in a controlled manner.

And for performing on a triceps machine, stand comfortably, press your back tightly to the rest, and place the legs behind the roller. After that, take grips, and push them until you reach a 90-angle in your elbows. Then return slowly, preserving tension in the triceps.
