Rear Deltoid/Pectoral Fly Inter Atletika XR124

The training machine is aimed at working out chest and deltoid muscles. The sports equipment is part of the XR line, and like other machines of this line has a futuristic design, which is the result of 50x100 mm tubes, bent at different angles. Coloured pieces on upholstery add more style to the XR124.

High-quality PU leather and two-layer foam rubber ensure shrink- and deformation-resistance of a seat and make it so comfortable. The sports equipment is covered with powder coating by electrostatic spraying. Seat adjustment is equipped with gas springs.

When you do the deltoid exercises on the machine you improve the medial or middle deltoid muscles. In the Pectoral Fly mode, you achieve the pectoralis major and the pectoralis minor muscles.

To do the exercise for deltoid working out you should sit comfortably, hold the grips, get your arms back, while keeping them straight, and squeeze your shoulder blades together.

In case you want to improve your chest muscles, sit placing your spine to the backrest, take the grips and push them evenly and simultaneously until you can touch from one grip to another. After, slowly return to the starting position preserving tension in muscles.
