4-positions Cross Over Cable Station – is a multifunctional sports equipment with unlimited opportunities of exercises for major muscle groups.

The structure is suitable for professional athletes. It is very effective in the developing of a fit and beautiful body. The machine consists of four independent stations: the lat pulldown block, pulley row block, triceps station and a cross over cable frame four rows, two upper and two lower.

The pulldown machine has adjustable support rollers for fixing the position of the legs. Unit for traction bottom has a height-adjustable guide roller. The triceps section has an adjustable roller that provides a tight fixation of the feet.

Upper row is designed for the following exercises: a crossover, flyes, triceps extensions, lat pulldown, crunches.

The lower row is designed for the following exercises: leg abduction, crossed leg lift, pulley row, bent over rows, triceps extensions, flyes etc.
