Leg Curl/Extension Combo Inter Atletika XR111M

With this universal equipment, you can perform both Curl and Extension of your legs. These exercises are aimed at getting slim and strong thighs and achieving rehabilitation goals. So, the XR111M fully replaces two machines for one goal.

The machine belongs to the XR line. Like other sports equipment of this line, the machine has an outstanding modern design, thanks to 50x100 mm tubes bent at different angles and inserted coloured pieces on upholstery. This, noiselessness and compactness make the XR111M the ideal solution for elite gyms. Due to powder coating by electrostatic spraying, the equipment will stand for years.

Two-layer foam rubber provides high resistance from the shrinkage or deformation of a seat. It also has comfortable upholstery, which is created with PU leather. Gas springs in the seat adjustment provide easy change of the height.

The main muscle working in the exercises is the quadriceps, a large four-part muscle group.

To do a Leg Extensions, grab grips at the seat base and put your legs under the roller. Make extensions in your rhythm but bend your legs back slowly to not let the machine go freely and preserve the tension in your thighs.

To perform Leg Curls, sit comfortably, take the grips, and place your legs between upper and lower pads, while your feet rest under lower ones. After that, start to pull it towards the lower back.
