Left handle Inter Atletika KF046

The left handle made by Inter Atletika is aimed at doing pull-ups with a parallel grip. The equipment is used for functional and strength training.

The left handle is fixed to a frame and is used simultaneously with the right handle KF046-01. An athlete can independently adjust the distance between the handles: increasing or decreasing. The equipment is made of strong and high-quality 3 mm steel. A special coating protects against adverse external factors, abrasion, corrosion and prevents hands from slipping during training.

You can work out the muscles of the chest, the deltas, arms (the biceps and the triceps), and the glutes, thanks to the KF046.

To do chin-ups and pull-ups, grab the handles with a parallel grip and then lift your body until your chin reaches the level of the handles.
