These are the main features of the machine: 50x100 mm tubes, which are bent at different angles for good-looking style, colour accents on upholstery, and gas springs in the seat adjustment.

Also, we should point out that upholstery is made with high-quality PU leather. Two-layer foam rubber makes a seat resistant to shrinkage and deformation, and anatomically perfect for sitting. The equipment is covered with powder coating by electrostatic spraying.

The XR101 lets you work out primary and secondary muscle groups of the back, like trapezius, latissimus dorsi, infraspinatus muscle, teres major, rhomboid major, pectoralis major, deltoids.

To do exercise you should sit on a bench, place your knees under the roller, and hold your back straight. While you pull down the grips in front of you to your upper chest, make sure that your shoulder blades are together, and arms are bent. Do it slowly and in a controlled manner.
