The equipment plays an essential role in a physical training of professional athletes. The pulldown machine is very effective for developing the width of the back muscles and built a beautiful body shape.
There are several options of the exercise: pull to the chest and pull behind your head with narrow, medium or wide grips. The narrower the grip, the less pressure the lat gets and more strain feels the middle back. Accordingly, the wider the grip, the more load on the lat.
The pulldown machine is equipped with a height adjustable thrust roller for fixing position of the legs.
