Thanks to the XR130, you can work out biceps, triceps, deltoid muscles, pectoral muscles, back muscles, and abs, leg muscles such as abduction, hamstrings, biceps, and gluteus muscles.

With the upper row blocks, you can perform crossover, flyes, stretching arms, lat pulldown, and twisting.

The lower blocks allow you to lead the legs back, to the side, do cross-legging, etc.

The grips of the machine let you do pull-ups and leg pull-ups.
