The XR103 is a universal training machine, which helps you work out almost all muscles of your body. It involves arms, legs, shoulder girdle, core, and back. Also, there is an option to do exercise for two people simultaneously.

You achieve the following muscles with the XR103: biceps, triceps, deltoid muscles, pectoral muscles, back muscles, and abs, leg muscles such as abduction, hamstrings, biceps, gluteus muscles.

With the upper row blocks, you can do crossover, flyes, stretching arms, lat pulldown, and twisting.

The lower blocks let you lead the legs back, to the side, do cross-legging, etc.
