The flywheel uses air resistance in order to produce a smooth and silent ride which corresponds to your efforts. Unlike the majority of stationary elliptical trainers, BikeErg has a freewheel like a real bicycle - when you stop cycling, a flywheel is still in motion.

Each BikeErg is equipped with PM5 performance monitor. The screen shows a wide range of information including tempo, watts, rpm, calories and automatically saves this data. The PM5 screen is powered from 2 D-cell batteries ( on condition that it is not powered by flywheel).

The flywheel always controls the intensity and resistance of your training. A damper allows a quick regulation of air steam on the flywheel during the workout. It resembles a gear change on a bicycle.

A seat and steering wheel positions are easy to adjust. A steering wheel adjustment is in 4 directions - upwards, down, closer, further. 3 different positions of a steering wheel grip.

The aluminium frame of BikeErg makes it lightweight and durable, while transport wheels facilitate a transportation. Without the chain, with belt - silent and doesn't require a special care.

It is extremely easy to assemble a bicycle. We provide you with all the required tools and clear instructions with a big number of pictures.
