Assisted Pull-up/Dip Inter Atletika XR125

First, decide which workload you want to have. Consider what is calculated by subtraction of your body weight minus the weight of a counterbalance you choose. For doing both pull-ups and dips, you should place your knees on a counterbalance and take upper grips for pull-ups or parallel bars for dips.

For the first exercise, lift your body until your chin reaches the level of the grips. For another, make dips, while your body is going down. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and return to a starting position slowly, whatever exercise you’re doing.
