The upholstery of the XR109 is made with high-quality PU leather. Two-layer foam rubber ensures shrink- and deformation-resistance of a seat and makes it comfortable for sitting. The equipment is covered with powder coating by electrostatic spraying. There are gas springs in the seat adjustment.

The machine is aimed at working out the adductor and abductor muscles of the thighs.

To do exercises sit comfortably, grab the grips, place your legs between the pads or outside of them, depending on the exercises you choose. – The soft pads turn easily to support your legs when you train either the internal or external area of the hips. Then, spread your legs pushing against the pads or bring them together using the inner thigh muscles and return slowly to the starting position.
