This equipment is an effective option to train your chest and arms muscles. It’s a safe way to restore your health during rehabilitation as well. Due to belonging to the XRS line, the equipment has a fantastic appearance, colour accents on upholstery, gas springs for ease of the seat adjustment, and is covered with powder coating by electrostatic spraying.

The upholstery of the XRS627 is created with high-quality PU leather. This and two-layer foam rubber ensure shrink- and deformation-resistance of a seat for its long life.

The following chest muscles are involved in the training process: the sternal head of the pectoralis major, the clavicular pectoralis major, the anterior deltoid. The biceps and the triceps are improved too.

To do the exercise sit comfortably and take grips. Next, push them up with your hands and slowly return, preserving tension in muscles.
