Inter Atletika represents a versatile Twister-Stepper Exercise Machine! The equipment is designed to burn fat, strengthen the calf muscles, abdominal muscles and shape a beautiful body shape. The equipment has two platforms, therefore two athletes can perform the exercises simultaneously. The first platform is designed for legs exercises, the second for abs. Stainless steel construction made of high quality materials withstands the user weight up to 200 pounds.
Note! It is not recommended to do the side crosswave exercise, if you have had trauma to lower back or you are very tired.
