Rear Deltoid/Pectoral Fly Inter Atletika XRS624

This universal equipment gives you the possibility to work out both chest and deltoid muscles. Another mission of XRS624 is to help with rehabilitation goals for those who need to recover from traumas or injuries.

The machine belongs to the XRS line, and thanks to it has an outstanding appearance. It is achieved by 50x100 mm tubes, which are bent at different angles, and inserted coloured pieces on upholstery. This makes the XRS624 a perfect solution for use in premium gyms.

Seats of the equipment are very comfortable, due to PU leather covering of upholstery, and will serve you for a long time, thanks to two-layer foam rubber. Seat adjustment is much easier, because of gas springs. The equipment is covered with powder coating by electrostatic spraying.

When you do deltoid exercises on the machine you improve the medial or middle deltoid muscles. In Pectoral Fly mode you achieve the pectoralis major and the pectoralis minor muscles.

To do an exercise for deltoid working out you should sit comfortably, hold the grips, get your arms back, while keeping them straight, and squeeze your shoulder blades together.

In case you want to improve your chest muscles, sit placing your spine to the backrest, take the grips and push them evenly and simultaneously until you can touch from one grip to another. After, slowly return to the starting position preserving tension in muscles.
