As part of the XR line, this calf machine has 50x100 mm tubes, which are bent at different angles, colour accents on upholstery, and thanks to this amazing design. You can adjust the seat, which becomes much easier, due to gas springs, and the height of support pads.

High-quality PU leather, which covers the upholstery and two-layer foam rubber give the seat fine resistance from shrinkage and deformation. The machine is covered with powder coating by electrostatic spraying to preserve the good-looking appearance of the XR119 for years.

Thanks to the machine, you can work out the soleus muscles of the calves. You can achieve the gastrocnemius muscle too.

To do the exercise you should stand comfortably placing your legs on support pads, place grips on your shoulders. After, without any sudden movements start to raise your body on the metatarsal bones and slowly come back.
